The Cache Dividend tools are personal automation software used by a single individual (the developer) to publish and back up his own videos. They are not offered as a service to the public, and no one else's account or content is accessed.
What the tools access
With the developer's own authorization, the tools use Google APIs for two purposes only:
- YouTube Data API — to upload the developer's own finished videos to his own YouTube channel, always as private uploads.
- Google Drive API — to copy the developer's own video files into a backup folder in a Google Drive account he controls, and to list those files to verify the copies.
What is collected and stored
The tools store OAuth refresh tokens for the developer's own accounts on his own private server, solely so the uploads and backups above can run unattended. No other personal data is collected, logged, or retained. Video files pass through Google's APIs in transit and are stored only in the developer's own accounts and on his own machines.
Sharing
No data is sold, rented, or shared with any third party. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking in these tools.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's third-party access page, which immediately stops the tools from acting on that account.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to the developer through the contact details on his YouTube channel's About page.
